Start John Beck NOW

Ok so you have a qb playing now that has been given 5 games to win and has won none. Meanwhile you have a 26 (!) yr old qb that you have invested a high 2nd round draft pick in sitting on the bench waiting. With the only bright spot on this team being the continued improvements by the O Line, now is the time to start Beck. He has 2 weeks to prepare for a home game against the Bills. This could be the most winable game remaining so start him now. We need to see what he is made of and get him exerience before next season begins. What's there to lose? Games? We're 0-8!

One more thing. The signing of Safety Lance Shulters bugs me. It bugs me because I can't see why they waited 7 weeks to sign him. He's clearly better than 4 of the safeties we started before him. He knows the defense and last week was his first week. It was also our most successful pass defenses displayed this season. At the end of the season, he should stay and Tillman can go...
