You all know how I feel about Ricky. I hope that Cam is planning on using him. I say throw him in on the shitty special teams. Make him prove he's committed--but please use him. If there's anything I believe in it is that Ricky will make some great plays for us. What we won't see this Sunday with Chatman is a huge run. Ricky provides us with that chance of breaking it off. Don't believe me? Tell it to the buffalo game in the snow back in dec 2003. Many runners would succeed behind our line right now. Ricky on Cams favorite screen plays. I picture magic. Of course if everything goes like the rest of the year, we won't see that.
When Ricky first retired I was totally heartbroken. He truly broke my heart. But just like a fat chick I kept coming back. I won't ever give up on him either. Once Marino was done, Ricky was it. We had just missed the playoffs and here comes Ricky. We invested so much hope that he was the tipping point to making us a great team. Meanwhile we were draffting ass clowns and not developing a line. Then 2003 rolls around and he ends with 1853 yrds and 17 tds. Went to he probowl and was pro bowl mvp. (From what i remember he had 2 tds and a forced fumble/recovery. Also to note were the games by the other 30 defensive probowlers.)
Off-season 2003-2004: With hopes placed on Ricky and newly aquired (2nd rnd raft pick, thanks Spielman) AJ Feeley.
Maybe I'm not a fat chick...Ok I'm a whale of a woman.
